All outfits that have been paid for in full and are in stock will be dispatched within 5-7 days from point of confirmation. Customised outfits will take 4-6 weeks for delivery, however, should you require an outfit much sooner, please contact us as we may be able to fast track your order.
All shipping costs are FREE worldwide, but customer to pay custom charges where applicable.
Should your item arrive with a manufacturing defect or dispatch of an incorrect item, returns or exchanges will be considered, subject to the following terms:
- Your exchange or return request should be sent via email to email@example.com within 24hrs of receiving your items.
- In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, you need to email us the photographic evidence of the damaged product, along with the return request, within 24hrs of receipt.
- The product in query must be in its original un-used, un-modified condition and sent along with the original bill and tags intact.
- Upon receipt of your request, we would examine the same and email you authorization of return or exchange within 2 working days.
- The product must be couriered back via recorded delivery to the below mentioned address within 2 working days.
- We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 7 - 14 working days
- ONLY ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR SENT IN ERROR WILL BE FULLY RE-FUNDED, CUSTOMISED ORDERS CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
- Please do not request any refunds over our social media pages, as we will be unable to process your request.
